Step 1: Log into your game control panel.
Step 2: Open the File Manager and delete the steamapps folder if it is present.
Step 3: Run the Update to Pre-Release Version button in the control panel.
Step 4: Navigate to the Commandline Manager and create/modify a custom commandline. Select the config file as "Alpha 16".
Step 5: Click the Select button on the right side of the Commandline Manager.
Step 6: Restart the server.
